    DreamteamPulse provides visual access to the company's organizational structure, allowing users to see how employees are assigned to departments and teams. Users can view detailed employee profiles with position, grade, experience, accomplishments, and contact information. This helps to get to know colleagues better and fosters better communication and collaboration.
    In addition, users can manage their absences such as vacations, sick leave and business trips, and see data on other employees' current and planned absences. This facilitates team planning and helps to distribute the workload more effectively.
  • Goal Settings
    Goals Settings is a tool for managing goals at all levels, from strategic company objectives to individual employee goals, using KPI (key performance indicators) and OKR (objectives and key results) approaches. It helps focus the efforts of teams and employees to achieve measurable results and supports transparency in the goal-fulfillment process.

    ReportReview is a performance feedback tool that helps employees receive structured feedback and recommendations to improve their performance.
    Employees whose performance will be evaluated prepare detailed reports on tasks and achievements for a certain period. In these reports, they record key results, goals achieved, problems solved, and important findings that can be useful for future work. The prepared reports serve as a basis for objective analysis and providing feedback.
    Evaluated employees and their supervisors create a list of colleagues who can objectively assess the results of their work. The list usually includes people who have been directly involved in the joint activity or who have the expertise to provide constructive feedback.
    Employees whose feedback is solicited access the reports and provide feedback. They can indicate what strengths the employee has shown, what areas need improvement, and offer specific recommendations.

    The committee relies on the results obtained during the ReportReview process, including feedback from colleagues and managers. Additionally, data from the GradeCheck tool is analyzed, which reflects the dynamics of the employee's development in key competencies and his/her compliance with the current and target grades.
    Based on the data from ReportReview and GradeCheck, the committee decides by voting on the extent to which the employee demonstrates skills, competencies, and results consistent with his/her current and target grades.
  • 360 Review
    DreamteamPulse's 360-Review feature gives companies the ability to comprehensively assess employees across a wide range of competencies using feedback from peers, supervisors, subordinates, and other key stakeholders. This tool allows you to see an employee from multiple perspectives, which creates a complete picture of their skills, strengths, and growth areas.
    To conduct a 360 survey, HR defines evaluators that includes peers, supervisors, subordinates, and other employees who interact with the person being evaluated regularly. This allows to get objective and comprehensive feedback, as each participant of the survey sees the employee's work from different sides and in different work situations.
    When selecting competencies for assessment, HR specialists rely on the current and target grades of the employee, but can also expand and customize this list, if necessary, based on the specifics of the position or specific assessment objectives. For example, for certain roles or situations, unique competencies such as strategic thinking or innovativeness can be added if they are particularly relevant to a particular position or project being launched.
    The results of the 360 survey serve as a basis for developing an individual development plan. The employee and his or her manager can discuss the results, identify key competencies that need attention, and outline steps for improvement. This helps not only to reinforce the employee's strengths but also to target areas that need improvement.
