Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with DTPulse. This page describes when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Free plan

The Free plan has no fee, so there is nothing to refund. You can downgrade or delete a workspace at any time from Admin → Billing or Admin → Settings.

2. Monthly paid plans

Monthly subscriptions (Team, Business, Enterprise — billed monthly) are paid in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You can cancel at any time; the workspace remains on the paid plan until the end of the period and then drops to Free.

Exception: if your subscription was charged because of a clear error on our side — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you successfully cancelled — we will refund the affected amount.

3. Annual paid plans

Annual subscriptions are paid up front for 12 months at a discount (~17%). Within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal you may request a full refund for any reason.

After the 14-day window, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel further renewals at any time from Admin → Billing.

4. Service problems

If the Service is unusable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, contact [email protected]. We review pro-rated credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis. We are not liable for downtime caused by Sub-processors or third-party integrations (see Terms § 9).

5. Requesting a refund

Email [email protected] from the same address used for billing, including:

  • Workspace name
  • Subscription email
  • Reason for the refund
We respond within 5 business days and, if approved, send the refund through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank-side processing typically takes 5–10 additional business days.

6. Statutory rights

This Refund Policy is offered in addition to, not in place of, any consumer rights you have under applicable law. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights.
